Composition – Dreaming of a pond Tip: Photo Editing: Blending two or more images into one and applying textured layers to create an interesting effect are good techniques to use when you need to rescue or revitalise an image. You must start with a definite idea in mind. Here a cloud layer has been blended over 2 images, one of the boat on a pond the other of a line of trees in a field. Finally a texture has been applied overall. You need special software to do this, at the moment there are several options available online. Working in this way will add a new dimension to your appreciation of imaging and abilities as a photographer.
